About PicMealUp:
Food and Travel app to discover, chat and share local cuisine, food and drink with communities of travelers.

PicMealUp helps you to know what to order from a restaurant menu which is not in your language.
To use PicMealUp, it’s simple:
1. Take a picture of the restaurant menu, then run the feature OCR (Optical Characters Recognition) to recognize the content of the menu
2. Select the name of the meal, and then execute the search to find the related pictures
3. Add the pictures of the meals into your order list, and then show it to the restaurant staff for ordering

PicMealUp Offering:
- By default, PicMealUp includes 2 languages English and French.
- Additional languages can be added for free (Dutch, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish, Japanese, Indonesian, Korean, Malay, Thai, Vietnamese).
- PicMealUp app does not include any advertising.

What?
PicMealUp means Picture Meal Up :-) … Simply because PicMealUp is a mobile application which helps to find the pictures of the meals from the restaurant menus.

Why?
When you travel to foreign countries for business or leisure, so often you are struggling to order the meals because the restaurant menus are in foreign languages and don’t have any pictures to help you.

With PicMealUp, you don’t need to speak the foreign languages. Just take a picture of the menu, then select the name of the meals and execute the search of the pictures.

Thanks to the pictures, you know what the meals look like to. And this helps you to order exactly what you would like to eat.

Who?
As a frequent traveler, I often find myself helpless with the restaurant menus in my hands, for the reasons above.

So I create PicMealUp to help travelers to find the pictures of the meals so that we know what to order… and discover new taste, new flavor, anytime, anywhere we go and enjoy…
